Join us for an information session to learn about HER’s Triple Crown Academy, a 15-18 month workforce development training program for women to gain access to union careers in the construction industry. The program includes an 8-week general construction pre-apprenticeship program with on-the-job training, soft skills training, trauma therapy, one-to-one support, and employment coaching.
IMPORTANT: Employment has been secured for participants after the completion of the second pre-apprenticeship class. Classes are every Saturday in Baltimore City for eight weeks starting September 7th-October 26th from 8AM-4:30PM.
Participants will have the opportunity to continue their education and earning power beyond the pre-apprenticeship program by entering the apprenticeship program of a partnered labor union. The completion of a full apprenticeship program has the earning potential of $100K annually, and beyond.
